Frequently Asked Questions

For your safety and ours, we do not accept real names. Use a codename or alias that you’ve never used elsewhere. This ensures anonymity and limits traceability.

A PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) key is a tool that encrypts your emails so only you can read them. When you include your PGP public key, we use it to encrypt our reply to you — ensuring no one else (not even your email provider) can intercept the message. It’s optional, but highly encouraged for sensitive inquiries.

You can generate one using tools like GPGTools (Mac), GnuPG (Windows/Linux), or ProtonMail’s built-in encryption. Once you have a public key, paste it into the PGP Key field when filling out the contact form.

You’ll see a confirmation on the page. If your request meets our internal review criteria, we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours. If you provided a PGP key, we’ll encrypt our reply using it.

Simply click the Telegram bot link (or search the bot handle provided). Use the /start command to initialize the conversation. You may be asked for your alias and request type.

No. Choose one. The form is for slower, formal inquiries. The bot is faster and more direct. If your matter is time-sensitive, use Telegram.

You can leave the email field blank if you’re using Telegram instead. But for form-based contact, email is required so we can reply. Use a burner or encrypted address if needed.
